Please contact us via email for approval of any returns or exchanges prior to sending your item back.
Items (excluding custom made items) that have NOT been worn or de-tagged can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Custom made items are not eligible for return/exchange unless the item arrives broken or damaged.
Please note that all shipping charges (including return shipping charges) are non-refundable.
Once your item has been approved for return/exchange and the item has been shipped with a tracking number, we will credit you the total amount less any shipping charges. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email when the transaction has been made.
Breakages
If your mala breaks within 6 months (despite having followed our care instructions), please email us with your name in full, the date of purchase and an image of the piece.
*Please note that there are colour variations in the gemstones as we only use natural gemstones and this is not considered a fault.
